Job Description


Seeking a Receptionist to welcome and announce visitors, organize conference and meeting spaces, and provide general administrative support for the Executive team of a national firm with offices in Phoenix.
  • Greet visitors and check them in and out
  • Announce visitors and create building passes
  • Answer and forward calls
  • Maintain calendars for executive leadership
  • Maintain records and email correspondence
  • Assist with site events and business meeting activities
  • Assist with vendor management and coordination
  • Maintain break room refreshments and supplies

Requirements:
  • Administrative office support
  • General skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

$18 hour DOE
