Office Manager

Handle all office administration and general bookkeeping supporting interior design firm. Will handle purchase orders, vendor payments, client billing, and account reconciliations using QuickBooks and electronic banking systems. Manage all administrative support for design process including preparation of plans, travel, office facilities management and administrative records.
  • QuickBooks (Accountant Desktop 2020)
  • Travel planning
  • Issue and track  purchase orders and product procurement
  • Schedule delivery or products and services
  • Make bank deposits and reconcile accounts
  • Reconcile payments, many through ACH payments
  • Excel
  • MAC 
  • All facilities and office management
  • Coordinate printing
Base $60K  + Bonus = $72, 000
