Office Manager & Accountant
Seeking an Office Manager with strong Accounting skills for an East Valley construction firm. This role encompasses a wide range of duties- both administrative and accounting. Responsibilities include AR, AP, reconciliations, payroll, project file management, and responsibility for all business administration for fast-paced construction company. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of office management and accounting experience - construction experience would be a plus! Must be proficient in Quickbooks. Experience with AIA accounting/documentation a plus!
