Job Description


We are searching for a  Marketing and Leasing Assistant to work closely with the VP of Marketing for a commercial real estate firm. This hybrid role will provide administrative support to various aspects of retail property management as well as assist executive management with various marketing projects. The ideal candidate is precise, self-driven, proactive, and willing to take on any project as needed. This role requires excellent project and time management skills.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain accurate spreadsheets, checklists, and leases
  • Assist in negotiating and drafting letters of intent to potential tenants
  • Complete document revisions
  • Track leases through to completion
  • Maintain brokerage and tenant contacts
  • Coordinate invoices with accounting department
  • Maintain marketing reports
  • Conduct research for special projects as needed
  • Answer calls and conduct follow ups
  • Send out communications using email automation platform

Requirements:
  • Have Arizona Real Estate License or be willing to obtain
  • 1+ year of administrative support required – preferably  in commercial real estate and/or property management
  • 1+ year of experience in Marketing valuable
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office – proficient in Excel

 

$60, 000 + Full Benefits
