Customer Service Representative works with new home buyers throughout their warranty period. Meet with buyers both over the phone and in person in their homes to identify warranty service work required. Coordinate with Trades and Vendor for services needed.
Full training offered.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office
- Proficient business writing skills
- Proven problem solving abilities
- 3+ years in customer facing service role
- Knowledge of new home construction is helpful, not required
