Customer Support Representative
UK based software company is looking to expand its US operations by adding a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to the Scottsdale team. This position will provide level 1 and 2 support to customers using their SaaS platform. Will support clients across the US with front-line technical support, troubleshooting and day-to-day user issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Information Technology
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk or customer service
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
