VoIP Implementation Technician needed for media streaming company in Tempe. This position is responsible for assisting hosted VoIP customers with the design build and implementation of their services, features, and hardware.
  • Assist customers with the solution design process and document all pertinent information
  • Complete provisioning and system configuration tasks within the platform
  • Track tasks and milestones within the applicable system of record and ensure completion of assignments per contracted timelines
  • Manage internal and customer-facing communication plans by providing updates and communicating any identified risks in a timely manner

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support function, preferably in a cloud computing or telephony environment
  • Associates degree or higher in a technical field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Working knowledge of hosted VoIP  environments and standard VoIP bundling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment and proven track record of driving collaborative projects to completion

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Kayako, Helpspot, and Sugar) 
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • Strong customer focus and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to perform additional tasks or duties outside of normal daily activities
  • Relevant IT Certifications (A+, N+, ITILv3, etc.)
