Scottsdale Financial Company seeks to add a Tier-1 Support Agent to their team. The duties of this position will encompass many different aspects of customer support, from inbound calls to follow-up correspondence via tickets and outbound calls to various support organizations. You will be working closely with Tier-2 Support, Engineers, and Product Managers to identify and triage inquiries presented to by end users. 
  • Taking inbound calls from representatives and their staff
  • Support financial representatives and their staff troubleshoot the software
  • Troubleshoot and triage tickets for incidents and feature requests
  • Communicate with the Tier-2 Team regarding software incidents
  • Collaborate with Tier-2 and other Support Organization to ensure optimal field experience
  • Minimum of 2 years customer support experience
  • Bachelor' s degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

$20-25/hour.
