International Company moves to Scottsdale, AZ and needs Software Support Specialists. They are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to join their customer support team to provide implementation consultation and training, engaging learners with varying skill levels. This position will take charge of providing excellent support efforts for company’ s software applications.
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of the product suite.
- Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training.
- Coordinate new customer implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software.
- Develop training materials for implementation.
- Provide end-user application support via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide solutions.
- Facilitate problem-solving between end user and development staff.
- Participate with development staff in testing new releases of the product.
Looking for strong customer service skills, someone who is personable and patient and enjoys solving problems. An excellent Software Support Specialist must have technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
- Experience in IT/Help Desk.
- Experience in Call Center.
- Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email.
- Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to effectively organize and maintain customer data.
