Customer Support Representative - Scottsdale
European-based software company is looking to expand its US operations by adding a dedicated Customer Support Representative to the Phoenix team. Ideal candidate will have a degree in information technology, and have 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk or customer service. Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and autonomous environment. Will support clients across the US with front-line technical support, troubleshooting and day-to-day user issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
